Geek movies are in style and '77 ventures to the heart of geekdom with a tale about the day Star Wars came out. '77 is about an awkward teenager who's longing for a place to belong starring John Francis Daley of Freaks & Geeks fame (a brilliant yet short-lived show). The film doesn't have a distributor yet but it's looks cute and yes, quirky.
