Centurion

Centurion is a solid action movie bursting with kick-butt moments from beginning to end. There's no room to get bored because it's fast-paced with lots of great close contact kills (if you're into that sort of thing). It's so good, I saw it twice. Centurion is about a group of tough Roman soldiers being hunted by a relentless she-warrior (Olga Kurylenko) who's out for serious revenge. Neil Marshall directs this beautifully shot film with a well cast ensemble including Michael Fassbender, Dominic West, Noel Clarke and Imogen Poots.

    You're tougher than me. I saw it a few months ago and I found it too violent for me. But then again this is from the guy who made The Descent which is great but has it's fair share of truly gross out moments

    By the way, after seeing Centurion and The Descent ';m curious now to see the film Neil Marshall made in between those two, Doomsday, his second rate 28 Days Later meets The Road Warrior rip-off. The few I know who saw it said it sucked and the lead actress was horribly miscast. But I'm curious now

    Centurion is leagues better than Doomsday! I like Rhona Mitra as an actress but you have to go into that film on a cult level, meaning you laugh at the "serious" parts.
