In Griffin & Phoenix, Amanda Peet's character promptly proclaims: "Your quirky charm and odd knowledge aren't going to get you into my life." And so the story begins... two people diagnosed with terminal illnesses find companionship in their fragile hours. It's a love story about time, and how fleeting moments are and even though it treads on sappy territory there's something special about its simplicity.
And I really like the poster. It does a great job of conveying the mood...

This sounds like a good film. I don't mind a movie that treads into sappy territory as long as it tells a good story.
Agreed! A well-placed tearjerker moment is worth the ride.
